Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

It saves you trying to figure out how to get it there, how to safely set it up and when to deflate it and cart it away. We do the heavy lifting and we appreciate your help in rolling it and helping us lift it into the delivery vehicle.

If it rains just before your event our during us setting up at your event, we would be forced to cancel the rental for that day. 

We do not operate inflatables in the rain, ever. 

We strongly suggest booking another fall-back date or having a back-up to set-up indoors!

• Event Cancellation :
  • • If we  not received a call cancelling the event before we set out to your  event, no rain checks will be allowed and the balance of your
      contract invoice is due upon our arrival.
    • If you call to cancel your event up to 6PM the
      night before, we will gladly issue a rain check and it will be valid for  365 days depending on availability and is non transferable. The  balance is still due the original date of the event.
    • Regarding adverse weather conditions: If the balance due cheque is not handed over at
      the time of arrival for ANY reasons , we reserve the right to  leave and the balance is still due 

For backyard events, CASH or received/verified e-money transfer upon arrival before setup.

For public events, cash/e-money trasfer/cheque upon arrival before setup.

Yes. And it is 100% non refundable. It will be held as a credit, valid for up to 1 year and is not transferable.

Public events and backyard private parties.

Private backyard rentals are differently price because they do not require a TSSA inspected unit.

Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can rent one of our awesome selection of rock climbing walls,  bouncers and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We require a flat, dry surface and 20 foot overhead space
